Green Monday has organized series of activities to advocate the whole city to go green. On 22 April 2013, it organized the ‘'Love Our Planet 4.22 Whole City Goes Green Monday’' ceremony at C.C.C. Heep Woh Primary School (Cheung Sha Wan). That day marked the first anniversary of Green Monday. By coincidence, it is also the Earth Day, as well as a Monday, making this an especially meaningful day for Green Monday.
