PROJECT: ENP Mama Class

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Getting inspired by the latest ENP scientific foundation, the ENP Mama Class was designed to help expectant mothers lay the groundwork for their babies' physical well-being. This 2-hour course taught these moms ways to protect their babies' health in 3 aspects including nutrient intakes, emotional management and physical exercise.
