Echoing the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, the 2nd Fair Trade Charity Football Match organized by Fair Trade Hong Kong Foundation (FTHK) was successfully held at Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village today. The Match offered the participants from cross-sectors a chance to learn more about the problem of exploited producers and child labour. The Match also raised funds for the work of FTHK. Ms. Florence Hui, SBS, JP, Under Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr. Mark Sutcliffe, CEO of Hong Kong Football Association and Mr. Alan Tam Wing-lun, Fair Trade Football Ambassador officiated the kick-off ceremony and cheered for the football players.
